The short version. Every mini app is a digital download. Your files are ready as soon as payment goes through, they stay in your account, and if a file does not work as described we will put it right.
Instant downloads
As soon as your payment is confirmed you will see download links on the order confirmation page. We also email the links to you and keep them in My account, so you can download your files again whenever you need them.
Nothing is posted to you. If you check out as a guest, keep the confirmation email safe as that is where your links live.
What you need
Each app is a single file that opens in any up to date web browser, such as Chrome, Safari, Edge or Firefox, on a computer, tablet or phone. There are no spreadsheets, no formulas and no sign-ups.
- Download your app from the order page, your email or your account.
- Open the file in your web browser. Most devices do this with a double click or a tap.
- Start planning with the getting started guide that comes with every app.
Each product page lists anything specific to that app, so please check it before you buy.
Payment
Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include VAT where it applies. We accept [payment methods]. Payments are handled securely by our payment provider and we never see or store your full card details.
Refunds
Because downloads are delivered straight away, you lose your 14 day right to cancel once a download has started, as you agree at checkout. If a file is faulty or not as described, you are still fully protected and we will fix it, replace it or refund you. Read the full refund policy.
Using your apps
Apps are for your own personal or business use. Please do not share, resell or give away the files. Products in our Commercial Use (PLR) range come with their own licence, which explains what you can do with them.

Every app comes with a getting started guide. If you get stuck, contact us with your order number and we will reply within 1 working day.
